— Three engagements —
Each one described plainly, including what it is not.
These are the three ways of working together that Bridgewell offers. We do not run bespoke retainers outside this list, and the listed fees in Swiss francs are the listed fees.
Return home— How we work —
A short methodology, repeated quietly
Every engagement begins with a one-page letter of understanding. It states the sponsor, the question, the deliverable, the timing and the fee. Nothing else. The letter is signed before any work begins.
The work itself proceeds at a steady, unhurried pace. We listen first — to the sponsor, and then to whomever the engagement calls for. We draft, set the draft aside for at least one night, and read it again before sending. We do not circulate drafts internally for review by parties not on the engagement.
At the close, the sponsor receives a short summary of what was delivered and what remains open. We keep only what is needed for our records. Where files are returned, they are returned in full.
— Engagement 01 —
Executive Brief Series
A subscription-style engagement in which we prepare a single-page brief for the executive sponsor every two weeks. Topics rotate across the operating questions facing the business — staffing concentration, customer dependency, decision pacing — chosen with the sponsor at the start of each quarter. The briefs are written for the reader, not for the team; their purpose is to give a leader an outside perspective in compact form.
Process
- Quarterly conversation to set the topic rotation
- Brief drafted, set aside overnight, read again
- Delivered on paper or as a written attachment
- Optional debrief by telephone the following week
Per brief
CHF 620

Stakeholder Alignment Memo
A short engagement in which we interview a defined set of stakeholders around a question the company is preparing to decide, and return an anonymised memo summarising where positions converge and where they differ. Typical use: a leadership team weighing a structural change, or a board considering a significant choice. The memo is meant as input to a meeting — not as a recommendation.
Process
- Scoping call to identify the question and the list of voices
- Interviews — by telephone or in person, never recorded
- Drafting of the memo with identifying detail removed
- Memo delivered ahead of the meeting it is written for
Per interview
CHF 290

New Hire Onboarding Companion
A six-week engagement in which we support a newly-joined senior leader through their first weeks — sitting in on selected meetings as a quiet observer, debriefing privately, and producing short written reflections at the end of each week. The relationship is confidential to the leader. It is intended as a thinking partner role, not as performance support.
Process
- Opening conversation to agree the cadence and which meetings to attend
- Weeks one to five: observation, private debrief, written note
- Week six: closing reflection and the leader chooses what to retain
- Engagement closes — no implementation phase, by design
Per week of engagement
CHF 880

— Protocols shared by all three —
Standards that hold across the engagements
Data kept in Switzerland
Working notes, drafts and final files are kept on encrypted local storage in Lucerne. Nothing is held with overseas processors.
No recordings
Interviews are not recorded, in any format. The interviewer takes longhand notes. This is non-negotiable across all engagements.
One-page letter of understanding
Every engagement begins with a signed letter naming the sponsor, the question, the deliverable, the timing and the fee.
No subcontracting
The work is delivered by the partner who scoped it. We do not pass writing to associates or external editors.
Files returnable on close
At engagement close the sponsor may request that working notes be returned or destroyed. We retain only what records require.
Scope changes in writing
If the work expands, the change is set out in a short addendum and agreed before any further work begins.
— Fees in summary —
Listed prices, Swiss francs
The listed fees below are the starting figures. Where scope changes, a short addendum is agreed in writing before further work begins.
— The next step —
A short letter is often enough.
Tell us what you are weighing and which of the three engagements feels closest. We will write back within two working days.
